I am a very small client -- I have only one property managed by Kurt's. But I have never felt lost in the shuffle. Kurt's provides excellent service -- they let me know of any issue with the property, and everything is taken care of ASAP. And, they always try to keep repair/maintenance costs down while keeping the tenant (and me) happy. They are also great about keeping clients informed about tenant-landlord law. Reports are easy to pull from the website, and my revenue from the property is deposited directly into my bank account timely every month. Really great service. Really, really reasonable management fees. I don't live in the same city as the property, so it would be very difficult for me to manage without Kurt's. Highly recommend!!!!
