We have built a database of reliable, quality vendors that show up when we need them. They charge competitive rates and are smaller, local companies.
Our best vendor is our handyman, Bill. He can repair almost anything. The quality of his work is so impressive, our clients have hired him to work on their personal residences. His charges are extremely reasonable and he is able to work well with our tenants. I don’t know what we’d do without him. Also, you only pay for what we are charged. Kurt’s does not mark up any vendor charges!!

She earned a reputation among her client and business partners as a “straight shooter.” She started working full-time for Kurt in 2011 and obtained her Real Estate license in 2020. Denise truly enjoys helping people!
